Amazing - highly recommend!

I had an incredible stay! The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to help. The breakfast had so many amazing options and the hotel itself was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. I also had some professional photos taken by the hotel photographer which was a great experience - particularly as the hotel is so beautiful.

Taking an experience is good for short stay. Long stay would mean burning your pockets

It’s welcome & hospitality. The way it’s designed, the way staff treats, it makes you feel nothing less than king & queen.

Too far from the city. Going inside Jaipur takes 1 hour. It’s too expensive otherwise. The special dining experiences are out of reach. 2-3 times expensive than your room rent. That’s massive.

In hotel we meet Sandeep bar manager, v nice & talkative boy, then for our anniversary Madhuri deco

We like the entire property, the hotel was quite nice. it was clean, well maintained property. hotel staff was also quite friendly. we like the Rajasthani pie very much and would recommend it to every one at Zoya restaurant to definitely try it. thanks for memorable stay. In hotel we met Sandeep, bar manager, v nice & talkative boy, then Madhuri did very nice room decoration on our anniversary day, then in Zoya restaurant we meet Monu they all give us very good service.

They should increase room size according to us and as the hotel is away from main city of Jaipur they should give affordable charges to costumer for transport

My Stay at Fairmont

Very hospitable staff, they made sure we were comfortable, non usage of plastic bottles. The breakfast spread was amazing.

The blade in the safety razor in the kit does not do the job. The coffee bags available in the room are in a paper sachet, the coffee absorbs the flavour of the paper and gives a bad taste. Better to use pourable drip coffee bags

A much needed break. Did not disappoint

Good breakfast and the crew ensured that the buffet was available on the table. So no need for guests to get close to each other and no crowding

The bath takes ages to fill up. Otherwise nothing in particular. Did not get to use any facility due to current restrictions

Great and comfortable experience. Hope to come again soon.

Good spread in buffet and very courteous staff. The property is beautiful and lavish with a great bathroom and a huge tub.

Room cleanliness was low and we had to get our room changed. That wasted about 2 hours for us. Additionally, the TVs in the rooms could be bigger given the price one is paying. Finally, the hotel should include more amenities / activities to do for guests.

I stayed at Fairmont Jaipur from 26th Dec to 28th Dec 2020. We really enjoyed our luxurious stay at the hotel. i) Property Ambience- The hotel entrance has a majestic fort-like view and we were greeted with a royal welcome with Dhols, Folk dance and flower petals followed by a folk music player who escorted us to the lobby. The property has a heritge feel and is very picturesque. Rooms- We stayed at the Fairmont Gold room. Room was nice with comfy beds and there was an in-room dining option as well. The bath tub was quite big . (but the flip side is it took a looong time to fill up) ii) Food Options- They have -1) A Indian restaruant Zoya that was serving Indian Buffet. The breakfast layout was particularly lavish and we were quite spoilt for choices. They light up the outdoor dining area at night which looks beautiful.There was a outdoor pond area where we preffered to sit for all our meals. 2) A Rajasthani restaurant Zarin (which we didnt try) 3) Anjum which is the Bar where they have Complimetary High-Tea(which includes Tea,Coffee and some Rajasthani snacks -namkeen) and they have folk music and dance, puppet show that we could enjoy from 6-8 pm. 4) There was an Aza lounge (Bar) which we didnt try and a there was Cigar Lounge which also looked good but we didnt try . iii)Other Amenities- Pool and Spa was closed due to Covid 19. But Gym was operational and was good. We even enjoyed some Badminton in the court that was setup next to the pool area. iv) Location- The property is located at Kukas which is 500 m or so next to the highway, around 5 -10 kms before the main Jaipur city on our car drive from New Delhi. We found the property location convinient as we could easily drive to the city and back.

Very Good..

Stayed at Fairmont celebrating our wedding anniversary and staycation. The room that we got facing the Aravali hills was excellent. My wife loved the spectacular sunet on all three days..and almost teared up I hapiness We opted for their lounge package for drinks, hightea etc...the fooding experience was just ok. high tea for me was not up to the mark at all for a 5 star ...i had a high tea at Taj Rambagh palace just a day before checking in to Fairmont and cant even compare. Atin, manager at Anjum made a custom set up for us on poolside with bonfire to enjoy the evening drinks and snacks. It was beautiful. I want to thank Atin and his staff Kavitha for their efforts.Fairmont staff are courteous, always eager to help. All in all a good experience and a100 marks for the room with the sunset view over Aravali hills. Thank you Fairmont. Our anniversary was indeed memorable.

high tea for me was not up to the mark at all for a 5 star ...i had a high tea atTaj Rambagh just a day before checking in to Fairmont cant even compare.
